Permaculture: Finding Our Own Vines and Fig Trees, by Carol Coston, O.P. Sor Juana Press, San Antonio, Texas. In this little 104-page book, Sister Coston describes the process that led her to help found Sister Farm, a seven-acre ranch near San Antonio, Texas. Sister Farm is dedicated to advancing the ideals of permaculture, a concept of "permanent agriculture" first popularized in the 70's by Australian agriculturist Bill Mollison. Very interesting reading.
