Sponsored by the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD), this year's Observance promotes responsible conservation practices in our community backyards, whether they be community gardens, patios, window boxes or farms. Schools, churches, civic organizations and the media can work together to improve the health of the community through good gardening and conservation practices.
