NACCE INITIATES HOSPITALITY NETWORK

Hospitality is an ancient Christian practice. The purpose of the NACCE hospitality network is to promote fellowship among NACCE members as they travel across the country, and to forge links among regional groups of Christian ecologists through personal contact and sharing of experiences.

There are guidelines to help ensure an enjoyable visit for both guests and hosts. If you would like to be a host family, be sure to join, or renew your membership in, NACCE ($25.00 ). Fill in the enclosed form and return, with $10.00 to cover costs of compiling and distributing the guide, to NACCE Hospitality Network, 1522 Grand Ave. #4C, St. Paul MN 55105.

NACCE COOPERATES WITH NACD

The National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD) has signed a cooperative agreement with NACCE to encourage the observance of Soil and Water Stewardship Week (SWSW). NACD will provide Earthkeeping News with stories on church participation in SWSW. NACCE will promote the use of SWSW educational materials.and will publicize new conservation initiatives by congregations in partnership with local soil and water districts.

Send your news of local SWSW activities to NACCE/NACD liaison Dennis Testerman, 3101 Irish Potato Rd, Concord NC 28025.
